Return Policy
Everything in Couture Love Atelier collection is handmade and no two pieces will ever be exactly the same. Due to the handmade nature and the creative process slight variation may occur. As always, the integrity of the design stays intact.
All returns must be authorized before being send. Contact us for an authorization number before returning the item.
Non-custom orders may be returned within 5 days to be refunded (minus shipping charges) when the item is received and inspected. If the item must be returned please send it as it was receiv. The tags must be attached if tags are removed item will not be accepted. All original packaging, tags much be attached and without being warn.
Custom orders are final sale as they are made just for you to your specifications. Sale items are final sale as well.
If the buyer is not satisfied with their purchase, we will do our best to accommodate any requests for modification or equal exchanges within 5 days of receipt. We do not however, refund the purchase price.

A refund will be issued when the item is received and inspected as per our policies. The return will be issued and process with in 2 week from receiving the item. If the item is return with out an authorization number, item will sent back.
Cancellations -
You may cancel your order within 3 days of purchase. Please contact us within that time frame. If we have made special purchases like trims or stones to for-fill your order, we will not be able to cancel your order. Please if have any questions or concerns let us know we are always thrilled to answer and question you may have.
All sales are final so please choose your accessory carefully and email me with any questions prior to purchasing your piece.
I am always available and thrilled to consult or answer any questions you may have in choosing the perfect accessory or veil to compliment your gown.
Please note that their no returns or refunds on items that have signs of being worn or have been damaged after the wedding date.
Non authorized returns and customized items are not returnable and they will be returned to you as well as you will be responsible for the shipping charge back to you.
If you receive the incorrect product or if your product arrives damaged (not due to shipping), please email at coutureloveatelier@yahoo.com
If the item's damage is not due to shipping, you will need to notify us within 3 days of item receipt and we will repair or replace as needed. After 3 days of receipt, any damages to the item will be the responsibility of the buyer.
